Somewhere in between a little push and doing it all for you, Assessment Tier 1 involves us identifying the most valuable problems we can solve for you and creating a time-specific, actionable project plan that when followed will take you one large step closer to your goals.

The Why

Identifying your goals is vital to ensuring the success of your product or business. Finding what your users want and making improvements where they are struggling can turn around revenue, growth and a whole range of other beautiful things (like success metrics). Assessment Tier 1 does exactly this, and nothing more.

The What

After gathering data on what we're looking for, we can then get to looking at the screens (or flow) we're focusing on. Our professionally trained eyes have overseen countless successful projects and products, and we pass that experience on to you in the form of design feedback, functionality improvements and conversion optimisation recommendations.

We'll gather all of this information into a guide, that when followed will improve your product, simple as. Turnaround time from booking to delivery is usually within 2 weeks. Much quicker than a full consultancy agreement would be.

The Action

We'll send over a questionnaire before our first exploration call, so we are armed with the right data coming in and can assess where we should focus our efforts.

We'll review around 5 key screens, or one full user flow, and provide you with a guide to taking your product's flaws and turning them into achievements. This guide will arrive as a 10-15 page PDF document, outlining recommendations, quick wins, and other relevant information to level up your product. If you'd like this feedback mocked up into concepts and custom UI work, we'd recommend Assessment T2.

The Why

In T2, you have an excellent opportunity to have our suggestions visualised, so you're able to implement our best-suggested solution fully. Most clients request this anyway after receiving their assessment, so save time and money by picking it up as one package. The What

As we do in T1, we'll run through a core set of screens or one whole user flow and provide actionable feedback, suggestions and improvements that could be made to the experience and design. However, unlike T1 after you get your audit, we'll conduct a one-day design sprint and provide .sketch files and an extended PDF with custom UI and design work, aimed at solving your most prominent product problems.

The Action

We understand you're busy, so we're always as efficient as possible with your time. We'll start with a quick call to learn about your business and walk through your app, talk about what problems your users are happening and ideate how we could solve the problems and turn them into delights. Other than that, we can keep things as hands-on as you want, we'll ask questions when needed and update you when big important things are happening.

The Battle Plan is a 60 minute direct download from our brains to yours. You can use the call however you desire, provided it can be discussed in around an hour. Our team have solved every issue you may be facing in the product realm, and we mainline that knowledge and experience directly into your veins.

The Action

Following successful payment, we'll be in touch to schedule a call in the next seven days. Before that call we'd love it if you could send over: Your ideal outcomes from the call, a link to your product (or whatever you'd like to discuss) and any  relevant documents and information. You'll need a solid internet connection and a good microphone, we'll use Zoom.

You'll get a recording of call, an email summary of the actions we discussed, and a free email follow up to see how you're doing a few weeks down the line.

Once approved, we'll move onto building high fidelity mockups in Sketch. One round of revisions will be plenty to get everything perfect before providing everything wrapped in a responsive Webflow shaped bow, ready to launch!

We're happy to set everything up on your domain for you, and after the project, you’ll get full access to the Webflow account, the original .sketch files and our design guidelines, all zipped up in a, well, ZIP file. Good times. We also include a free check-in a couple months after you go live, to see how we can help keep things awesome.

The Action
